The complimentary tea and refreshments provided a refreshing touch, making our family stay even more delightful.

My wife says that more family-friendly activities for children would be a great addition to enhance the family experience at the hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The front desk went above and beyond by printing my PCR test when I couldn't do it at the business center. The service was excellent, and the food at the sports bar was delicious. The check-out process was fast, and the shuttle service was both friendly and punctual. After a terrible experience at a different hotel, Steigenberger was a complete change. They even gave us a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was lovely, and we enjoyed taking a walk in the nearby Amsterdam wood. The shuttle service to the airport was also excellent.

The staff was efficient, the room was well-equipped, everything was very good. I liked the room, the bed was extremely comfy. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Unbeatable setting in the peaceful area, not far from Amsterdam. Very early check-in.

The only thing that could make this hotel even more awesome would be if they had a happening dance floor or a cool hangout spot for young party peeps like us.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with great amenities like a large TV and a desk area. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was really convenient. the facilities like the spa were amazing.

The staff could have been more helpful when it came to certain situations. For instance, when I misplaced my wallet and couldn't provide the 50 euros as a warranty, they didn't offer any alternatives or show much understanding.
