For a 4 star hotel everything was really good, I liked to be here.

The venue was clean and big size. The staff were all competent, amicable. The room was brilliant, soundproof with a double bed and the overall experience was real good.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. the front desk went above and beyond by printing my PCR test when I couldn't do it at the business center. the service was excellent, and the food at the sports bar was delicious. the check-out process was fast, and the shuttle service was both friendly and punctual. After a terrible experience at a different hotel, Steigenberger was a complete change. They even gave us a room upgrade upon arrival. the room was lovely, and we enjoyed taking a walk in the nearby Amsterdam wood. the shuttle service to the airport was also excellent.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with great amenities like a large TV and a desk area. the hotel also provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was really convenient. the facilities like the spa were amazing.

The staff could have been more helpful when it came to certain situations. For instance, when I misplaced my wallet and couldn't provide the 50 euros as a warranty, they didn't offer any alternatives or show much understanding.
